We partner with respectable carriers that are best suited to help our customers succeed. We value the close industry relationships we’ve made over the years and are always looking for new carriers to expand our network. If you feel you would be a good fit to work with us, please read our carrier requirements and fill out the form below.

Carrier Requirements:

• DOT safety rating of “Satisfactory” or “None”
• Financially stable
• Provide Corporate Contact authorized to bind carrier to Vantix Logistics Inc. contract
• Copy of Insurance Certificate with minimum coverages
• Carriers must have a combined total of $2,000,000 in coverage between Auto, General and/or Umbrella
  • Auto Liability – $2,000,000
  • General Liability-  $2,000,000
  • Umbrella- $2,000,000 or greater
  • Worker’s Comp-  $500,000 or state required limit
  • Cargo – $200,000
